foodpanda Bangladesh, the country’s leading online food and grocery delivery platform, organized a free health camp for its delivery partners in collaboration with Shukhee, a brand under Grameen Digital Healthcare Solutions recently.
Organized under its flagship program ‘panda hearts,’ the free health camp offered doctor consultation with personalized advice on wellness management. A range of other essential healthcare services, including blood pressure measurement, BMI (Body Mass Index) assessment, and diabetes tests were provided free of charge to all the rider partners who came to the health camp. Doctors also provided prescriptions with recommended actions, making basic preventive healthcare more accessible to the rider partners.

Commenting on the initiative held at foodpanda’s Gulshan hub office (Kaderia Tower), Mukitur Khan, Head of Logistics, foodpanda Bangladesh said, Our riders are at the core of our operations, and their wellbeing is a top priority for us. Through our panda hearts program, we aim to create a supportive environment where riders feel valued and cared for. Initiatives like this health camp are part of our ongoing commitment to their health and wellbeing, so they can continue delivering excellent service to our customers every day.
‘panda hearts’, foodpanda’s flagship program, is designed to uplift and support delivery partners in five core areas: safety, well-being, personal development, community and welfare perks. As part of the initiatives, foodpanda is supporting the riders with flexible earning opportunities along with comprehensive benefits such as healthcare assistance, insurance, and online education for skill development. As part of this program, foodpanda Bangladesh signed an MoU last May with Shukhee to enhance healthcare and insurance benefits for its delivery partners.
